1. Usage & API Limits
- You agree to use the API strictly within the rate limits specified in your subscription plan.
- Attempting to bypass quota limitations through rotating IP addresses, multiple free accounts, or abusive caching mechanisms will result in immediate API key revocation.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your API signature keys confidential.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not route requests through our network to capture content that is:
- Illegal, abusive, or explicitly designed to facilitate illegal acts framework.
- Intended to scrape protected personal information without consent.
- Malicious software, phishing pages, or exploits.
3. Prohibited Content
ScreenshotCore is operated in accordance with ethical and moral standards. The following categories of content are strictly prohibited and are technically blocked at the infrastructure level:
- Adult & Pornographic Content — Capturing, processing, or distributing any sexually explicit material, nudity, or pornography is strictly forbidden. Any URL resolving to an adult or pornographic domain will be automatically rejected by our API.
- Gambling & Betting Content — Use of our Services to capture, promote, or facilitate online gambling, sports betting, casino platforms, or any other wagering activity is not permitted and will be blocked.
- Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug-Related Content — Content that promotes or facilitates the sale or use of alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, or controlled substances is prohibited.
- Content Harmful to Minors — Any content that exploits, endangers, or is otherwise harmful to children or minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Violations of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. We reserve the right to update the list of prohibited categories at any time.
4. Service Availability
We strive for a 99.9% uptime SLA for premium plans. However, the nature of browser orchestration means that some highly secure target websites may proactively block our headless engines. We do not guarantee successful captures of all sites across the public internet.
5. Payment & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed automatically according to your billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We offer pro-rated refunds within the first 7 days of a new premium subscription if you are unable to successfully implement the API for your specific use-case.
